Main duties of the job
Fantastic PA opportunity within a friendly, busy team working 50/50 between office (Southampton Hospital Tremona Rd site) and home. This is an interesting and varied role offering the opportunity to work with a broad range of stakeholders, whilst supporting the HR leadership team.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
You’ll be involved in everything from juggling diary commitments to taking minutes, organising meetings to collating reports, preparing agendas and meeting packs to organising travel; and making the odd cuppa for guests!
This is a busy role where the ability to prioritise and plan your time effectively is essential. You’ll have exposure to confidential information so it is important that you are sensitive to this. You'll ideally have done some PA work before, be organised and practical, a real team player and someone who thrives on multitasking.
This role has come up through an internal promotion of our current PA; we're very happy to support personal development and offer opportunities for broader exposure within the hospital. We are offering 30 hours per week which can be split over 4 or 5 days.

Qualifications
Essential criteria- Good standard of secondary education with English skills demonstrable to GSCE pass level or equivalent standard
- NVQ level 4 in business admin or equivalent level of experience
Knowledge and experience
Essential criteria- Experience working as a Personal Assistant or in business administration
- Working as part of a team and independently
- Experience within an Acute Trust or other healthcare sector
- Previous experience of working in an extremely busy environment
- Budget holding experience
