We are seeking an experienced Interim Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic housing team for a temporary assignment. This role is vital in overseeing a range of high-impact housing projects while ensuring adherence to timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
As an Interim Senior Project Manager, you will leverage your expertise in project management to facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders' expectations, and drive project goals to completion. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive project plans, coordinating resources, and mitigating risks to enhance project outcomes.
The successful candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge about the real estate industry, demonstrating an ability to navigate the complexities of real estate development while fostering positive relationships with clients and collaborators.

Your leadership will inspire and guide project teams, streamlining processes to meet challenging deadlines. Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple housing projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Develop and execute project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving issues proactively to maintain project milestones.
Manage stakeholder communication, providing regular updates and ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate potential impacts on project delivery.

Prepare and present project reports, financials, and status updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, housing, or related field; PMP or similar certification preferred.
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in project management within the housing industry or a related field.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects with a thorough understanding of housing development processes.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience overseeing cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or equivalent.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions efficiently.

Hours Per Week: 37.00

Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:30
Pay Per Day: £464.84
