🔑 What You’ll Need:
✅ Male applicants only – due to a genuine occupational requirement (Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9)🚗 Driver with own vehicle – essential for day shifts
💪 Experience managing challenging behaviours
🗣️ Strong communication skills – both spoken and written
🌍 Willingness to support in the community
