Teaching Assistant

Days: Full Time, Monday - Friday, Term Time Only

Hours: 8:30am - 3:45pm

• Provide general classroom support, assisting the teacher with daily lessons and activities.
• Deliver small group interventions to support literacy, numeracy, and other targeted areas.
• Build strong relationships with students to promote confidence and engagement in learning.
• Assist in preparing and organising resources to create a stimulating learning environment.
• Support students who may require extra help, ensuring inclusivity and progress for all.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to meet the diverse needs of pupils.
• A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience supporting students in a primary school setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students and staff.
• Adaptability, patience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
