What you'll need to succeed
My client is looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join the organisation on a long-term project. The client is currently in the Discovery Stage, about to move into Phase 1.
Due to a Business Change exercise, the client is looking for a Technical Business Analyst with experience of implementing Case Management Systems. In the team, there are two Business Analysts - you will fulfil the role of Technical Business Analyst.
In addition to core Business Analysis requirements, the role requires the following skills:
- Performing system analysis on software programs, applications, and web services across CMS environments
- Determining system efficiency and functionality by liaising with internal departments and end-users
- Reporting to Management on system relevant requirements
- Efficiently integrating new systems, programs, and applications with business operations and services
- Ensuring end-user proficiency with new systems, programs, and applications across departments
- Implementing new advancements in the field of systems and enterprise architecture
The role is a high-profile Public Sector requirement and requires active SC Clearance; candidates without SC Clearance cannot be considered.
