Karntek Ltd, a leading fire safety consultancy situated in Stafford, is expanding and seeking an Administrator for our Head Office operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual to support our fire safety experts in ensuring compliance for Building safety standards for our diverse client base.

The Fire Safety Administrator will create building safety case reports to support our clients' applications for Building Assessment Certificates. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to Building Safety Regulator (BSR) compliance.

You will report to the operations director and receive full training in the role.

Responsibilities
  • Liaising with stakeholders including facilities and property managers to obtain necessary information to create Building Safety Cases
  • Understand and interpret regulatory framework for high-rise buildings
  • Provide guidance and support to building owners / property managers
  • Creating risk assessment summaries.
  • Collation of all documentation relating to Building Safety Cases
  • Manage multiple property management clients.
  • GAP analysis of building safety risk compliance
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an administrative role or a similar field.
  • Knowledge of Facilities or Property Management
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with fire safety regulations and compliance preferred.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Benefits
  • Base Salary £26,000 - £28,000 DOE
