Bennett and Game are currently representing an award-winning architectural practice based in Birmingham, who are seeking an ambitious Architect to join their ever-growing team. Specialists within a variety of sectors, our client work on a both of New Builds and refurbishments within the Transportation, Education, Community, Workplace and Residential sectors.
Since establishing, our client has developed a tight-knit team of around 30 employees, consisting of a variety of technical and design-focused professionals. Joining a bespoke architectural practise, the successful Architectural Technologist will be given the opportunity to take ownership of a project, assisting with all aspects of a project.Alongside the benefit of personal progression, our client offers flexible working hours, increasing holiday and the opportunity to influence the company's progression
Architect Position Benefits & Salary- Competitive salary, ranging from £30,000 - £40,000 (Dependant on Experience)

- Project runner and design team coordinator generally focusing on a single primary project
- Client liaison on small commissions under guidance of team leader
- Representative the practice externally through client and consultant liaison
- Mentor for less experienced staff members
- Developing project and team leadership role within the practice
- Developing design approach and bringing experience to the realisation of design concepts
- Key role in the development of design proposals from inception to completion
- Working on RIB Stages 1-6
- Relevant Degree Qualified, Essential
- Minimum of 2 years' post qualification experience is preferred
- Experience working on RIBA Stages 1-6
- Living in a commutable distance of Birmingham
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit, Essential
- Good working knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign, Advantageous
