Key Account Manager
Salary: £40,000 with an annual performance bonus and company car/cash allowance plus Veolia benefits and pensionHours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Job purpose:
To take strategic responsibility for both the management and progression of the portfolio of Westminster-based accounts and brokers. The objective is to establish foundations for a long-lasting and profitable business relationship over the full duration of the contract ensuring exceptional levels of service and customer care are delivered whilst maintaining and increasing the profitability of each account.The introduction of innovation, along with value-added services to enhance the Veolia offering, should also be delivered. Ultimately this position will place Veolia in the best possible position to either extend or renew, the contract upon its expiry date for which this role will take the lead and ownership during the extension or bidding process.
What you'll be doing;- Ensure the support service stakeholders are fully briefed and understand the customer's requirements and call upon them for their assistance and expertise when required.
- Seek out and offer sales and growth opportunities to other business lines where applicable.
- Guide and support the financial modelling team and lead the subsequent commercial bid sign-off process aligned to the appropriate delegation of authority levels for all extension and renewal bids.
- Actively look to develop strong relationships with large prospective customers, business improvement districts and major landlords.
- Represent the interests of Veolia and Westminster City Council and promote the value of our strategic objectives.
- Ensure debt levels are managed within each account's commercial terms and support any invoice dispute.
