- Providing tailored learning strategies to suit their individual needs
- Boosting confidence across subjects
- Helping students prepare for exams with focused sessions
- Supporting learners in building strong educational foundations
- Creating a safe, engaging, and structured learning environment
Responsibilities:
- Designing lesson plans for each of your sessions
- Monitoring attendance, sessions & lesson engagement through our digital platform
- Communicating with TP Tutors & Parents/Carers effectively
- Making Safeguarding a priority
- Flexibility to offer remote and in-person tuition
What we are looking for:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, or equivalent
- Experience with primary or secondary-aged children
- Enthusiasm, engagement, and resilience
- Understanding & Experience withing Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Have experience in 1:1 tuition
- Are skilled at managing challenging behaviours

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
