Essential MPharm, OSPAP or equivalent UK-accredited Pharmacy degreeEssential Valid GPhC registrationEssential Min. 2 years’ post-registration experience within a hospital pharmacy settingEssential PGDip Clinical Pharmacy hospital focus or equivalent experienceDesirable Previous experience within oncology services
