More detail about the role: You will be part of our multi-disciplinary team of doctors, specialist nurses, crisis workers and therapists. Devon and Cornwall SARCs are recognised nationally as a centre of best practice with their innovative and forward-thinking approach to delivering services to those that have experienced significant trauma.
Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week.The SARC offers 24/7 care for adults who have recently been raped or sexually assaulted. This is a full time role, with an requirement to cover weekends and some nights on an rota basis. Interview Date: To be confirmed. Pay: The salary advertised for this position reflects the Agenda for Change 2024-5 rates, inclusive of a 5.5% pay award implemented from October 2024.

If you join before this date, the pay award will be backdated to April 2024 or your start date, whichever is later. Until then, remuneration will be based on the 2023-4 pay bandings.
