Are you a Quality and Technical Manager from a food manufacturing background looking for an exciting new role in an internationally thriving business who have gone from strength over the past 10 years and offer great training and progression opportunities?

On offer is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Quality Food Technician to progress into a management role, leading a team who strive to uphold food regulations and standards. This company operate in over 20 countries and are looking to dominate the market in 2025.

In this role you will check food standards for a range of unique and innovative food products, help with training for new staff and take on training when needed to ensure food safety standards.

The ideal Quality and Technical Manager will have management experience and be qualified to some degree in food safety, BRCGS or other food compliance requirements.

THE ROLE:

• Working in the Quality and Technical teams to ensure legality of food products.
• Help with the production staff, training when needed.
• Progress within a growing business.

THE PERSON:

• Food Safety Qualified or experience working in Food Production.
• Management experience in a previous role.
• Local to Shrewsbury.
