As the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of all facilities within the designated region. Your primary goal will be to create a safe, functional, and comfortable work environment for employees while optimising operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures
  • Oversee the maintenance of all buildings, grounds, and equipment
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts for facility services
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
  • Develop and manage the facilities budget
  • Coordinate with various departments to meet their facility-related needs
  • Implement sustainable practices to reduce the company's environmental footprint

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in facilities management, preferably in a regional or multi-site capacity
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of building systems and regulations
  • Certification in Facility Management
