Marketing Events Officer

St Swithun’s is seeking a talented and organised Marketing Events Officer to lead the delivery of high-quality events that showcase our vibrant and ambitious school community. Working across both our Senior and Prep Schools, you will play a key role in shaping the experience of prospective families through engaging, professional and memorable events.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and delivery of key events including open days, admissions events and community activities.
- Manage event logistics end-to-end (venues, catering, AV, materials and coordination).
- Work closely with marketing, admissions and school staff to create impactful experiences.
- Build strong relationships across departments to ensure seamless delivery.
- Monitor event success and drive continuous improvement.
You'll be:
- Highly organised with strong project management skills.
- Experienced in events, marketing or a related field (desirable).
- A confident communicator with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, collaborative and enthusiastic.
- Salary: £29,541 FTE.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8.30am–5.00pm (with flexibility outside term time considered).
