Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 (PT hours will be considered)

Our award-winning corporate department in Arlesey is looking for a Customer Liaison Officer to join the team, based in Arlesey.
What you will be doing:
- Inspect all vehicles and comebacks for condition and specification, reporting on any discrepancies or issues
- Formulate and maintain quality control objectives, by conducting periodic spot checks of jobs for thoroughness and quality
- Analyse data and product specifications in line with franchise and dealership standards
- Investigate customer complaints with integrity and professionalism. Meet regularly with the team on any recurring problems or
- Monitor job cards, works completed, documentation, correct warranty procedures are in place, and monitor training levels of
technicians
What we need from you:
- Full manual driving licence essential
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a similar role
- Competent in calculating figures relating to discounts, quotes and commissions. Collect data for analysis and report on your
- Ability to define problems or issues, resolving them in a practical, professional, time-sensitive manner. Providing excellent
- Able to interpret instructions on technical matters from written or verbal forms
