Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 (PT hours will be considered)

Our award-winning corporate department in Arlesey is looking for a Customer Liaison Officer to join the team, based in Arlesey.

What you will be doing:

Inspect all vehicles and comebacks for condition and specification, reporting on any discrepancies or issues
Formulate and maintain quality control objectives, by conducting periodic spot checks of jobs for thoroughness and quality
Analyse data and product specifications in line with franchise and dealership standards
Investigate customer complaints with integrity and professionalism. Meet regularly with the team on any recurring problems or

issues

Monitor job cards, works completed, documentation, correct warranty procedures are in place, and monitor training levels of

technicians

What we need from you:

Full manual driving licence essential
Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a similar role
Competent in calculating figures relating to discounts, quotes and commissions. Collect data for analysis and report on your

findings

Ability to define problems or issues, resolving them in a practical, professional, time-sensitive manner. Providing excellent

customer service at all times.

Able to interpret instructions on technical matters from written or verbal forms
