We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager PO4 to join our dynamic team. ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee daily service operations to ensure high-quality delivery.
Lead, mentor, and coach a team of service staff to achieve their best performance.
Develop and implement service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
Monitor service performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
Conduct training sessions for staff on service protocols and continuous improvement practices.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in service management or a related role.
Proven track record of leading and developing teams within a service environment.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret service performance data.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively under pressure.
Knowledge of service management best practices and tools.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time : 08:00End Time : 16:00
Pay Per Day: £24.53
