A bustling space that houses two coffee bars, a fantastic collection of food counters, an all-day restaurant, outdoor and indoor bar and a catered events space.Add thriving On-Floor Catering We're looking for an exceptional General Manager to join our team at 22B.
Role Purpose:
As General Manager, you'll oversee the smooth running of our restaurant and adjoining terrace, The Italian Market Kitchen as well as our kiosks including Patch, our salad bar and Residency which could range from Asian style street food to sourdough pizza.We also have a conferencing room called the Market Hub and cater events in the building.
Across the outlets we serve over a thousand customers per day. With a range of kiosks and bars, showcasing the best of what London’s food and drink scene can offer, there’s something for everyone!
The ideal candidate will need to have some experience within either quality restaurants and/or food retail. Corporate B&I experience would be an advantage but not essential. Great presence, personality, communication skills and a love of food and drink are essential.
In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of 70 including 6 managers. You'll establish effective communication and accountability to ensure exceptional service. Success in this position requires collaboration with the Senior culinary team to maintain food quality and innovation, while working closely with RHC support functions to optimize operations across all outlets.You'll also maintain a productive partnership with the building landlord at 22 Bishopsgate create an outstanding environment for both your team and customers.
This multi-faceted leadership opportunity demands someone who can balance strategic vision with hands-on operational excellence in a premium food service environment.
