Commercial Real Estate & Finance Paralegal - Leading City Firm - London
Taylor Root have partnered with a leading city law firm as they are looking to add headcount into their Real Estate practice. This role will be based in the firms London office and will be offered on a permanent basis.
The Firm
Our client is a leading specialist real estate firm who have expertise in commercial and real estate finance. This includes acting for some of the industry's most successful developers, investors, funds, private property groups, family offices and high net worth individuals.
The Team
The firms sole focus is real estate. This is split between development, investment, finance and corporate/joint ventures.- Development - Exposure to work in development planning, title and third party rights, funding and sale agreements, and lease work.
- Finance - Exposure to debt finance agreements, security documents and ancillary paperwork.
- Investment - deal in aspects of acquisition, financing, management and disposal of directly or indirectly held assets.
The Role
As a Paralegal, you will support two of the firms leading Partners who specialize in commercial property development & investment, finance and corporate asset management.
The Ideal Candidate
If you are an experienced Paralegal with commercial real estate or finance exposure, please do apply. Ideally this experience will have been gained with a top real estate team in London.
Route to Qualification
The reason our client is looking to hire at Paralegal level is because they have recently promoted the previous candidate to trainee solicitor. The firm have an internal policy where all Paralegals will eventually be looked at for promotion.
