The role would suit a residential conveyancer with upwards of 3 years’ experience handling their own caseload of residential sales and purchases; new build experience is essential for this role.
The successful candidate will work in the firms new build department, dealing with cases from the point of instruction through to completion while mentoring and training junior member within the team. Responsibilities will include developing and maintain relationships with house builder contacts, dealing with sale and client enquiries, attending sites for updates, attending to clients in person, and dealing with the conveyancing transaction from instruction to completion.
Requirements:
Upwards of 3 years’ residential conveyancing case handling experience.
Essential: new build experience.
Ideally a level of team leading/ mentoring experience.
