We are currently looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team at Cambridge Regional College, Cambridge, CB4 2QT

- A yearly salary of £25,820
- Full time – 35 hours per week
- Monday – Friday, 7am – 2.30pm

- Deliver breakfast and lunch to the client in a clean, tidy and pleasant manner.
- To complete monthly stocktakes
- Placing food orders and handling / putting away deliveries
- Deep cleans of the kitchen
- Supporting hospitality delivery
- Follow all food safety and health and safety regulations
- Tracking wastage
- Produce and cook food in line with recipe cards.
- Work in line with company allergen policy
- Maintenance of food levels throughout all service periods
- Assisting in the compilation of all shifts opening and closing checklists
Experience
- Relevant culinary qualification is desirable or at least 2 year’s experience in a similar position
- Experience working in a high volume environment
- Allergen awareness (i.e Natasha’s Law), full training will be given
- Excellent team player and communicator
