Lea Valley Academy is looking to appoint a dedicated and inspiring teacher to the role of Second in Charge of the English Faculty. The successful applicant will be passionate about education, well-organised and willing to go the extra mile to support students and colleagues alike.We are looking for someone who has the confidence to lead and who can raise standards and performance across all three key stages, with a particular focus on key stage 4. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented teacher with the ambition, drive, and desire to develop their leadership practice, deliver the school’s vision, and become a valued member of a strong school community.
