- Collaborate with Lead Maintenance Technician to ensure efficient plant operations.
- Implement planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to minimize downtime and maximize profit.
- Plan and schedule maintenance activities to optimize uptime and availability.
- Manage maintenance budget to meet P&L projections.
- Perform maintenance on various plant equipment, including conveyors, baling equipment, and separation technologies.
- Apply knowledge of mobile plant operations.
- Adhere to company quality, environmental, and health and safety regulations.
- Oversee contractor safety, including inductions and method statement reviews.
- Coordinate facility maintenance operations and liaise with internal and external customers.
- Implement maintenance strategy tools, best practices, and safety standards in accordance with industry regulations.
- Strong planning management
- Experience in the mobile and fixed plant
- Experience with large scale process equipment.
- Experience with engineering contractors
- Experience with organising external contractors with large and small projects
- Large and small project control and management.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of Statutory inspection regulations.
- Low voltage power systems
- Understanding of condition monitoring techniques
- Control Systems and Software (DCS/SCADA/HMI/PLC)
