Field Service Technician - Electrical

Job Summary:

This role requires a high level of technical skill, a commitment to providing outstanding customer service, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in the field.

• Holds Electrical based qualifications/experience.
• Experience in the wastewater treatment or related industry is preferable but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment, with a specific focus on fault finding in electronic components.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel and stay away from home for extended periods, possibly for the whole week, as job assignments require.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the business, standard 40hrs a week with opportunities for overtime.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical information in a clear and concise manner.
• A valid driver’s license is required; a clean driving record is not necessary.
• Relevant technical qualifications or certifications are highly desirable.
