Morson Talent have 2 urgent positions for Electricians based in Essex or Kent to carry out Electrical testing Maintenance on Substations Preferably looking for 2 x Electricians to work together share van Benefits
- Weekly payments to LTD of £ 230 per shift We can also pay to Umbrella companies or PAYE
- Van fuel card provided by client for 2 man team
- Immediate start - 18 to 24 months contract available
- Working on substations DNO experienced
- Proven experience in electrical power construction projects
- Previous transportation work environment experience
- Proven CDM Health Safety and Environmental experience and knowledge
- City and Guilds 2380 IEE Wiring Regulations 18th Edition
- City and Guilds Certificates A B C in Electrical Installation Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation and or servicing maintenance work
- Experience in using MS applications i e Word and Excel
- Full clean driving licence
- Understand and work to all necessary documentation for construction phase including programme method statements risk assessments work instructions and procedures from project start to completion
- Work from plans and technical drawings
- Identify and control on site materials plant and equipment company owned or on hire
- Provide accurate and regular progress updates to Site Supervisor Engineer and Project Manager to ensure that effective operations on site are carried out
- Escalate and report issues to the Site Supervisor Engineer or Project Manager as soon as such are apparent
- Escalate and report to the Site Supervisor Engineer or Project Manager any commercial issues to ensure that change delays disruption completion defects or other commercial aspects are recorded
- Assemble install test and maintain electrical infrastructure or electrical electronic wiring equipment appliances apparatus and fixtures using hand tools power tools and other specialist
