Job Description

The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for:

  • Payment runs
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Supplier reconciliations
  • Staff expenses
  • Cash transfers
  • Liaising with suppliers to resolve any issues
  • Process and review invoices to check for accuracy

The Successful Applicant

The Accounts Payable Clerk will be/have:

  • Strong, well-rounded experience in Accounts Payable
  • Experience of working in a busy Finance function
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience of using a Financial system/s
  • Immediate availability
