We are currently seeking a Deputy Headteacher to join our leadership team.
Position: Deputy HeadteacherEducation Stage: Primary
The successful candidate will work closely with the Headteacher to support the strategic leadership and management of the school, helping to maintain high standards of teaching and learning across all Key Stages.
Skills and Qualifications:- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Strong understanding of primary education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead by example and inspire staff and pupils
- Organisational skills with attention to detail
- Willingness to learn, develop professionally, and take on new challenges
