Sales Admin/Customer Service

Job Title: Sales Administrator
Location: FULLY REMOTE but due to training days must reside within a commutable distance from Glasgow
Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time (9.00-17.30, Monday to Friday)

Salary: Fixed salary of £22,300 per annum

Responsibilities:

  • Process quotes and orders
  • Identify and follow up on sales leads
  • Answer inbound calls from customers regarding order tracking, parts, and returns
  • Email customers and suppliers to follow up on enquiries

Essential (Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience):

  • Sales or customer service experience (preferably in an office or contact centre setting)
  • High level of administration /communication skills - mostly by email
  • Excellent Outlook skills
  • Thrive in a busy customer-focused environment
Desirable (Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience):
  • CRM or order management system experience
Technologies:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
