• * The Shift Manager will ensure the effective and efficient maintenance and operation of the plant, machinery, and services
• To improve performance, maintain quality and keep the Engineering team motivated by minimising downtime and effectively utilise resources.
• To work as part of a team in this hands-on role, standing in for the Engineering Reliability Manager where required.
