Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with employee benefits administration and inquiries.
- Support performance management processes, including appraisals and disciplinary actions.
- Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
The Successful Applicant
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR administrative role.
- Strong understanding of the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
