Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Healthcare Professional to join our our ever-expanding team at our new Gloucestershire branch. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a desire to work in a fast-paced, everchanging environment. The candidate will commence work at an earliest of 7:30am and will finish no later than 7:00pm. Our shift patterns and hours are as follows:
- 2.5hrs - Morning
1hr - Evening
Total: 18.25hrs p/w
Working of a full day is preferred but we are happy to accommodate flexibility in work shifts and patterns.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing direct patient care and support
- Assisting with daily living activities such as; personal hygiene, meal preparation and medication administration
- Collaborating with healthcare teams, local authorities and other health professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
- Educating patients and families on health management and wellness
- There are no formal qualifications needed for this role however, previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred. Fear not, should you not have any previous experience, we offer comprehensive in house and external training to equip you with the foundation knowledge required for this role.
- Must have a drivers license and use of a car(Required)

- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
