Transformation and Operational Excellence Director (Relevant Experience Required) - HelloFresh

The team works across all aspects of operations from menu planning, to inbound logistics, production, and on to the final customer experience.

HelloFresh is seeking an individual for this role who thrives in navigating ambiguity, excels in strategic thinking, and possesses a unique talent for creative problem-solving. You will also need to have strong stakeholder management skills, able to organize diverse teams across the business to deliver the best possible results for customers.

• Have a consulting or strategic project background, preferably (but not required) within an operational setting
