As a Sales Valuer/Lister, you'll play a pivotal role in driving business growth while upholding a commitment to exceptional service. Ideal candidates will possess a proactive approach, strong teamwork skills, and a valid driver's license.
Sales Valuer Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively prospecting and generating new business opportunities.
- Maintaining excellent communication with sellers, ensuring a seamless sales process.
- Conducting accurate property valuations to maximise client satisfaction.
- Leveraging existing networks to drive business growth.
- Contributing to the development of the Land & New Homes sector.
- Assisting in the creation of professional property marketing and state-of-the-art property tour videos for social media
In return, the company offers:
- A basic salary of up to £25,000 pa (DOE)
- An OTE of £60 - £70,000 pa
