Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer OR Legal Executive
Established over 50 years ago, our client is a growing 3-partner high street law firm in central Oxford. It is well known in the area for providing quality legal advice to both commercial and private clients throughout the region.
The CQS Accredited Residential Property department is thriving, with quality work being generated by the firm and its existing clients. As part of succession planning, it is looking to appoint a Residential Property Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive to join the buoyant team of 3 other fee earners.
You will have an assistant working alongside and supporting you.
You will be responsible for assisting the Head of Residential Property with conveyancing transactions whilst also running your own mixed caseload of Conveyancing matters.
Your work will include:
- Sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Equity release schemes
- Transfers of equity
- Matrimonial conveyancing
- Leasework
This is a client facing role and you should aspire to assist growing the residential department in the future.
You will be enthusiastic and friendly, have good academics and have a minimum of 2 years conveyancing experience handling a broad caseload of property matters.
