Waitress/Housekeeper

Our serviced apartments range from stylish one bed to spacious four-bedroom apartments/townhouses, perfect for families and long-term stays. We pride ourselves on our high cleanliness standards and exceptional guest service, ensuring that every stay is comfortable, welcoming, and memorable.

Role Overview

Housekeeping Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain hotel rooms, including making beds, changing linens, vacuuming, dusting, and general tidying.
• Clean and service our serviced apartments, ensuring they are presented to a high standard for each guest.
• Ensure bathrooms are cleaned to a high standard, including scrubbing, sanitising surfaces, and replenishing toiletries.
• Sweep, mop, and polish floors in both guest rooms and common areas.
• Handle laundry duties, including collecting dirty linens and delivering clean linens.
• Inspect rooms and apartments after cleaning to ensure they meet our strict quality standards.
• Replenish towels, toiletries, and other guest amenities as needed.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues in rooms or public areas to management.

Waitressing Responsibilities:

• Assist with breakfast service, including setting up tables, serving guests, and clearing tables after service.
• Ensure that the breakfast area is clean and well-maintained throughout service hours.
• Replenish food and beverages during breakfast service, ensuring guests always have fresh and hot options.
• Provide friendly and efficient service to ensure a positive guest experience during breakfast.
• Clear and clean tables promptly after guests finish their meals, maintaining a tidy dining area.
• Communicate any special requests or guest issues to the kitchen or management as needed.

• Experienced Cleaner: You have a solid background in cleaning and housekeeping, ideally within a hotel or serviced apartment environment.
• Dedicated and Reliable: You take pride in your work and are committed to upholding our high cleanliness standards.
• Attention to Detail: You have a keen eye for detail and ensure every room and apartment is spotless and well-presented.
• Great Communicator: You’re friendly, approachable, and able to provide excellent customer service, especially during breakfast service.

• Punctual and Organised: You’re reliable, punctual, and able to manage your time efficiently during your shifts.

What We Offer:

• Training Provided: Full training will be provided to ensure you feel confident in both your housekeeping and waitressing duties.
• Uniform Provided: You will be supplied with a uniform to wear during your shifts.
• Competitive Pay: £11.50 - £13.00 per hour, depending on experience.
• Fixed Hours: A set schedule with no zero-hour contracts, ensuring stability and consistency in your working hours.
