My client is growing regional contractor, that due to an increase in developments in the Northwest are looking to increase their management with a Site Manager. The Site Manager they are looking for will have proven experience working for a similar sized SME contractor.This contractor is forward thinking and really making a significate change within its market.
They deliver a solid range of projects from refurbishments to new builds, across various sectors Project values £0.5million up to around £10million. These include projects on schools, NHS, industrial and some civils works.
As Site Manager you will be aware of planning procedures and following tight site time schedules. You will be responsible for organising labour and ensuring all sub-contractors are following plans as to the programme and meeting deadlines as required.
They pride themselves on their health and safety record with zero RIDDOR since trading. It is of upmost importance the site manager can following strict health and safety procedures remaining compliant an up to date with industry standards.

- Full UK Driving License

- PASMA
- Fire Marshal
- Clean Water Card
