The contracted hours for this role are- Monday-Thursday 8 am -5 pm, Friday 8 am – 4 pm, & Saturday 8.30-12.30 (rota)About Us

- Working as part of a team providing excellent customer service wherever there is interaction with one of our customers and colleagues.
- We sell building materials so there will be an element of manual handling. Reasonable adjustments can be made if you need them.
- Process all customer transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests for assistance.
- Maintain stock levels, keep displays tidy, and restock shelves as needed to ensure a clean and organised environment.
- Assemble orders for delivery.
- Assisting with our branch network and suppliers.
- Any other duties as requested by Manager / Supervisor.
You
Our customers expect excellent service, but they also appreciate a friendly rapport. You should be a team player who can collaborate effectively, resourceful, and enthusiastic. While previous experience in a similar environment is beneficial, full training will be provided.Relevant product knowledge or a genuine interest in Construction and DIY is advantageous.
