We’re excited to be recruiting a HR Coordinator to join our friendly and supportive HR Shared Services Team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about providing exceptional service and contributing to meaningful work.

Where: Remote
Part Time Hours: 30hrs per week

Full Time Salary Range: £25,275.53 - £28,268.79 (based on full time working hours of 37.5 hours, pro rata for part time)

Responsibilities:

About the Role

As a HR Coordinator, you will:

  • Support managers with pre-employment checks for employees and volunteers, ensuring compliance with legislative and safer recruitment standards.
  • Work on the HR Services Helpdesk, providing first-line advice and guidance to managers and staff.
  • Collaborate with the HR Service Manager and HR Service Leads to coordinate and manage Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs).

What We’re Looking For:

We’d love to hear from you if you bring:

  • Strong administrative skills with experience in MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • The ability to manage your workload effectively and escalate issues when needed.
  • Experience in managing Data Subject Access Requests (an advantage but not essential).

Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.

Salary Range (pro rata if part time): CGL points 20 to 24 (£25,275.53 - £28,268.79)
