We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated dietitian who is enthusiastic about providing a high-quality service to patients with diabetes in paediatrics.

• Support MDT clinics, and joint dietitian-diabetes specialist nurse clinics.
• Provide support and education to people (and families/carer) with type 1 and type 2 diabetes and support management in the use of insulin pump therapy.
• The post holder will advise patients in face to face, telephone and virtual group sessions.
• Create/adapt and provide structured education course e.g. carbohydrate counting
• Take part in student training
• Capture data on quarterly basis to evaluate the service
