What You’ll Do as an Outbound Sales Advisor
As part of our team, you will:
- Represent the Sky brand with pride and professionalism.
- Make warm outbound calls to Sky customers, offering tailored protection plans.
- Use your sales expertise to match customer needs with our exceptional offerings.
- Build lasting customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and value.
Requirements:
- 12 months consecutive targeted telesales experience within the last 3 years.
- A competitive £23,000 base salary.
- Bonuses averaging £7,000 annually—with top performers earning even more!
- Bonuses based on strong sales performance, exceptional customer service, and quality interactions.

Your Work Schedule
Work 37.5 hours a week on a flexible rotation:
- Two weeks: Monday 10:00-18:30, Tuesday-Thursday 09:30-18:30, Friday 09:30-16:00.
- Two weeks: Monday 10:30-19:00, Tuesday-Thursday 10:00-19:00, Friday 09:30-16:00.
