Key Responsibilities

As Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's financial strategy, providing valuable insights to senior stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:Leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.Delivering detailed financial analysis to support key business decisions.Business partnering with senior leadership to drive profitability and efficiency.Developing financial models for scenario planning and investment decisions.Enhancing financial reporting tools, dashboards, and KPIs.Identifying risks and opportunities to optimise financial performance.

Key Requirements

The key requirements for this Financial Planning and Analysis Manager are:

A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with strong FP&A experience.Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.Advanced Excel and financial modelling experience.Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Degree in accountancy, economics, business.
