Reception and Support Technician | Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust
We are looking for a motivated individual with excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills who is dedicated to working as part of our friendly team.

To deliver excellent customer care and audio visual assistance to visitors and users of the Education Centre, support room bookings and provide professional front of house duties.
You will be responsible for assisting with the provision of a full and flexible technical/equipment service for the rooms managed by the Directorate, setting up, testing, operating, dismantling and basic maintenance of all audio-visual/teleconferencing equipment.
You will possess excellent customer service skills and ensure a high standard of customer orientated reception service is provided, being able to work in demanding situations in a professional manner and assist in the organisation of major study days, conferences, meetings and examinations.They will be offered training via an apprenticeship as part of their role.
The post is primarily based in the Medical Academic Unit (MAU) at Broomfield Hospital where you will be providing a service to greet and support staff using the centre for training and meetings. As the Reception and Support Technician, you will make sure the audio visual equipment is set up and working for our clients and assisting with their presentations from a technical point of view, to ensure we offer a high class professional support service to the users of the centre.
