Filling FormsScanning and photocopying documents
Answering phone calls
Tracking progress of current mortgage applications.
Obtaining insurance quotes.Behaviours:
Good communication skills both written and verbal.Good time management skills.
Excellent administrative skills.
Confident when dealing with clients.
Understanding of needs for data protection at all timesAbility to work unsupervised and use own initiative.
Previous experienced will be an advantage but full training will be given.

Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship StandardEnglish and maths Functional skills at Level 2 if required
Training by day release with Shipley College
