What you'll need to succeedIn order to register with Hays Education for primary teaching jobs, you must:- Hold qualified teacher status
- Have recent and relevant experience working within a EYFS, KS1 or KS2 classroom that we can reference
- Be an approachable and patient primary teacher who is able to embrace new surroundings and situations
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to quickly build effective relationships with students, parents and colleagues
