Full Time, Permanent role

Based in Kirkham House

Main duties of the job

We are seeking a highly organised, personable & driven individual to provide comprehensive project, administrative and logistical support on a wide range of workstreams across the business and clinical functions. The post-holder will act as the single point of contact for the Heads of Service, offering high-level coordination to support in the efficient delivery of the service.

The role requires a high degree of professionalism and will be confident liaising with a range of stakeholders across multiple levels.

Essential criteria
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent qualification or significant equivalent previous proven experience
Desirable criteria
  • Project management qualification

Experience

Essential criteria
  • Experience of Microsoft Excel using formulas to record, manipulate and present data
  • Administrative experience and knowledge of processes, project management or information analysis
  • Knowledge of project principles
  • Knowledge of governance and assurance in public sector
  • Diary & meeting coordination

  • HR & Recruitment Management

Skills

  • Demonstrate ability to prioritise effectively
