This is a temporary role, initially 2-3 month. Please do not apply if you are seeking a permanent position.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of 12 months recent administrative experience in a similar role, or context and ideally within a public sector organisation.Strong problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Experience of using e-procurement and tendering portals
Understanding of procurement and contracting processes, including those relating to the development of specifications and contract documents, and payments.Familiarity with Children’s Services (desirable not essential).
We are looking for experienced administrator to join a local authority Children’s Commissioning Team. This role focuses on overseeing the contracting administrative processes for Children's Services, especially in Social Care. We are seeking candidates with an understanding of procurement and contracting administrative processes
