Requirements:- Active NMC PIN and registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD).
- Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient-centred care.
- Experience in a care home, hospital, or similar healthcare setting is desirable.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
- A compassionate, caring approach to supporting elderly and vulnerable residents.
As a Night Nurse, you'll provide high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and medical needs are met throughout the night. You will:
- Conduct regular health checks and administer medications.
- Manage and respond to any emergencies or medical concerns.
- Support residents with their night-time routines and provide comfort and reassurance.
- Work closely with the care team to create a safe and supportive environment.
- Ensure care plans are followed and documentation is accurately maintained.
