As a Chef, you will play a vital role in preparing fresh, nutritious meals that cater to residents’ dietary needs and preferences. You will oversee menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management while upholding the highest standards of hygiene and safety.

• Culinary Experience – Previous experience as a Chef, ideally in a healthcare or hospitality setting.
• Cooking Expertise – Strong knowledge of various cuisines and dietary needs, with excellent cooking techniques.
• Health & Safety Awareness – Understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
• Relevant Certifications – Qualification in Food Preparation/Catering and a Food Hygiene Certification.
• Organized & Adaptable – Strong time management, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility – Willing to work weekends and holidays when required.
