You must have a degree or equivalent qualification in Diagnostic Radiography and be registered with the HCPC. Applicants should have recent NHS experience or equivalent.
Hours will include nights, weekends and bank holidays.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will work on rotation undertaking radiographic duties in the Plain Film Imaging Department rotating through all areas of the plain imaging radiology remit including, ED, Orthopaedic clinic, main x-ray, fluoroscopy, theatres, mobile x-ray, dental imaging and outpatients.
The post holder will provide excellent patient care and a high standard of diagnostic imaging in either an independent capacity or as part of a multi-disciplinary team; supporting the patients journey throughout their attendance.
The post holder will work flexibly to support the provision of these services 24h per day, 7 days per week including extended days, weekends, nights, and Bank Holidays.
