UI/UX Engineer

We're seeking a talented UX Engineer to maintain our WordPress-based website and collaborate with UX teams across our organization to develop and implement a cohesive design system. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between design and development, ensuring a consistent user experience across all digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance our WordPress-based website, integrating our landing pages with our customer and partner journeys.
- Work with UX teams to create and implement a company-wide design system
- Develop reusable UI components and patterns
- Ensure design consistency and best practices across digital products
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers
- Drive UX excellence and advocate for user-centered design principles
- Proven experience in UX engineering, preferably with WordPress
- Strong skills in HTML, CSS and JavaScript/frameworks.
- Experience creating and implementing design systems
- Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks and tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to translate designs into high-quality code
- Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design
- Portfolio demonstrating UX/UI work
