Your new role

• Collect, analyse, and interpret data related to HR and payroll.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports using MS Access and other tools.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of databases.
• Identify trends and patterns in data to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Support initiatives with data-driven analysis.
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

• Proven experience in HR and payroll data analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Access and other data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What you'll get in return

A contract role lasting for three months initially with the potential for extension. The role is paying up to £250 per day and is outside IR35. The role is based in Milton Keynes with hybrid working on offer.
